New Home Construction

Purchasing a new home is one of the most exciting things in the "life" of a family.  Our current subdivision development is Hickory Crest Subdivision on Hardin Valley in West Knoxville.  Why is all brick construction a good thing:

• Brick tends to be low maintenance.  Brick is not susceptible to rot and does not need to be repainted.  Brick can be painted if necessary to give the home a different look from other homes.

• Brick is resistant to fire and insect infestation.  Wood siding can have problems with termites and other insects, which does not occur with brick.

• Brick appeals to buyers interested in eco friendly homes.  Brick is made of two of the most popular earth elements, shale and clay.

• Brick provides great temperature control when combined with insulation.  In the summer, the brick and insulation do a good job of keeping heat out.  In the winter, the brick and insulation do a good job of keeping heat in.
